For guests staying 2+ weeks, professional cleanings by our cleaner are required (biweekly if bringing an animal, triweekly if no animal). Cost: Approximately $165 per clean if they don't do laundry; $195 if you want them to do laundry. We can add this into the price + $30 service fee per clean for coordinating or you can pay the cleaner directly. Let us know.
POOL HEATING
Needed October through May for a warm pool. Cost: $695 per month to help cover some of the extra utility costs.

It's fast and easy to get here, off Frank Loyd Wright Blvd near the 101 freeway. Simply follow your GPS. We also email directions to you 1 day before arrival.
