You’ve found us! Welcome to our remodeled second-level coastal hideaway, featuring parking and air conditioning. Enjoy a private setting with beach-inspired design, a comfortable living area with streaming services, and a fully updated kitchen with ample counter space.

The property is a short walk from the beach and less than 300 feet from Casa Romantica Cultural Center & Gardens, a historic Spanish villa on the National Register of Historic Places. Downtown Del Mar’s boutiques and restaurants are also nearby.

Central heating and air conditioning, which is uncommon for beach homes.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a gas range, cookware, dishware, utensils, and other essentials.

LIVING AREA
The living area offers comfortable seating, a full futon sofa, and a 65-inch Samsung TV for entertainment.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
High-speed WiFi and cable/satellite TV.
Starter supplies are provided, including trash bags, paper towels, a sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.
Downstairs shared laundry room.

TOWELS & LINENS
Bath and beach/pool towels provided.
Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for guest use.
Iron and ironing board.

THINGS TO KNOW
The fireplace is inoperable.
Garage accommodates one compact or midsize vehicle. Measurements are 9 ft in width and 20 ft in length.
A Pack ’n Play is available. Don’t forget to pack the sheet.
This is a noise-sensitive community with Good Neighbor monitoring for sound levels only. Privacy is maintained.

Awesome little beach house

We will definitely be back! Clean, cute and awesome location! I’m usually very picky with home rentals but this felt like I was staying at a brand new house made for us. If I had to be picky the only thing I didn’t love were the super soft beds but everything else was perfect!

Renovated Condo just a Short Walk to the Beach

We were visiting family in San Clemente and stayed at this remodeled condo with our teens. Very spacious, clean, and organized for a family of 5. Great outdoor space to BBQ and just a 5 minute walk to the beach and the San Clemente Beach Trail. A 10 minute walk to Del Mar shopping and restaurants. Just the perfect location and setup. We really enjoyed our stay!
