Kitchen and Living Room was on the 1st floor, bedrooms where on 2nd and 3rd. This was great for our family who had mobility issues.

Perfect place for our large family annual beach trip. This was us best so far! A few glitches that were fixed immediately. Response from host/manager was great. We had plenty of room plus room to grow. Definitely plan on coming back next year

Amazing property, great price. My group of 40 had an amazing time here over the course of the week. The beach is just across the street as well and we found everything to be super clean. Would recommend for sure!

Excellent property, right on the beach. My whole family loved the property. Host had great communication and although there were some minor issues that were addressed as a priority. Highly recommend!!

The pool was nasty and the gate to the pool was locked. We are very dissatisfied with this property. I was hoping that before now someone would have reached out to explain why. The main reason I rented this house was for the pool and we did not even have access to it.I don't believe the property was worth what was paid with these issues.

Property is clean but dated. (Upholstered chairs in the game rooms were very worn and actually disgusting looking.)Only 2 of the 4 refrigerators worked while we were there. We called the agent when we arrived and he had us send pictures to show the 2 refigerators that weren't operational. Maintenance came out within 30 minutes but told us both of those refrigerators were supposed to be replaced the day before, but the order was canceled and they were not delivered. On the listing the breakdown of beds shown in the "Where You'll Sleep" section differs from the bed breakdown in the description - And neither of those were actually correct. (We had even confirmed the bed counts via private message before booking since we are group that did not want anyone to share beds.) There was actually only 1 set of bunk beds, vs 2 in the listing. And there were no twin beds, vs 2 in the listing.All but 2 of the bedrooms have multiple beds in them, but most of the bathrooms only had 1 towel. We mentioned this to maintenance when they were there about the refrigerators and they quickly brought us plenty more towels/washcloths.Even though the listing shows accommodations for 46 people, between the 2 kitchens there was only a total of 25 forks. (After the first night we bought plastic forks so we didn't have to wash them between each meal.)
