- This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

▪️ NO parties allowed, 3rd party bookings subject to a $500 fee
▪️ Undeclared guests will be charged $100 per person if not disclosed.
▪️ Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge.
▪️ NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc (fees will apply).
▪️ NO unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc.)
▪️ USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains.
▪️ USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
▪️ Children should be supervised on stairs and always use handrails.
▪️ Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
▪️ PET POLICY: We love welcoming well-behaved pets, and there’s a $100 fee per pet per stay for your furry friends. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. We’ve provided a vacuum, broom, and dustpan for any fur or spills—just be sure to unclog the vacuum if needed. If you bathe your pet in the shower, please collect and dispose of any hair so it doesn’t clog the drain. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet.
