Mountain Environment:
You may encounter bugs, spiders, mice, or other wildlife. This is normal in the Smokies, and professional pest control is maintained regularly.

Hot Tub Safety:
No children under 18 allowed in the hot tub without adult supervision. Use at your own risk. The tub is drained, sanitized, refilled & chemically balanced before each stay.

Pool Safety:
No lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Guests swim at their own risk.

Guest Rules:

• Must be 23+ to book
• No smoking or vaping inside the cabin – violators will be charged a $2,000 cleaning/deodorizing fee
• No pets – $500 fine + immediate removal with no refund
