The designer kitchen, outfitted with premium Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, is ideal for everything from relaxed morning breakfasts to refined evening dining. An open-concept layout seamlessly connects sophisticated interiors with expansive terraces, creating a tranquil yet elevated atmosphere.

As our guest, you will enjoy a Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership, which grants access to a carefully curated selection of exclusive amenities within the community.



This **Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership** includes access to four private beach clubs: Pacífico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, El Surf Club, and Sufi Ocean Club, each set along stunning beachfront locations and offering full restaurant service.



In addition, you will have access to two exceptional Jack Nicklaus–designed golf courses, Pacífico and Bahía, as well as the Tennis Center, Fitness Center (Available from 12:00pm - 6:00pm), and over four miles of scenic walking and jogging trails throughout Punta Mita. (Additional costs apply)



**Access Fees**

Please note that access to Punta Mita amenities is subject to a one-time Access Fee per guest, per stay. This fee is established by the Punta Mita community and is not included in the rental rate unless otherwise specified.

You're just minutes from Sufi Beach Club—perfect for beachfront days—or the Sea Breeze restaurant at the St. Regis for an elevated dining experience. Punta Mita blends luxury, nature, and local charm in a truly exceptional setting.



Getting Around:

Getting around Punta Mita is easy and enjoyable. A 6-passenger golf cart is at your disposal to explore the area comfortably—from beach clubs to nearby dining spots. For longer trips, private transportation or a rental car is recommended. Most destinations are just 5 to 15 minutes away, making everything conveniently accessible.



Other Things to Note:

A $1,500 USD or $30,000 MXN security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival.



Cancellation Policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.

2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund.

3. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Contact your Rental Specialist.

Always treat the service staff with respect and dignity.

Notify immediately about any damage or incident on the property.

After 22hrs, loud music is not allowed and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level.

Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.

No eating in the pool.

No food in the bedrooms.

No climbing on the couches with shoes.

No pets allowed.
