The Ranch owns 640-acres on the Fall River and leases 350-acres more for hunting and recreation. It adjoins the Targhee National Forest on 2-sides. We have 1-mile on both sides of the Fall River which is crossed by a 220-foot private bridge owned by ourselves.
We are 5-miles from the southwest corner of Yellowstone National Park and the Bechler Ranger Station. Our front road is the Flagg Ranch Road, 33-miles from the connecting road between GTNP and YNP. We are 1-hour from the Targhee lifts, and 1-hour from the Idaho Falls Regional Airport. We can also be reached by commercial aircraft via the West Yellowstone and Jackson Airports: about 1-1/2 hours each.
