Beach Centar Large Stylish Apartment with Terrace
Hello to all, I am Dino,
here you will enjoy the beach and downtown as both are within a short walking distance and still you get a feeling of a typical Split neighborhood life, as an apartment is not in a usual tourist street.
You will sleep on a high-quality box-spring bed in a bedroom, one child room, and a big living room with Vallentuna sofa for 2 more people to sleep on 160 cm x 200 cm, shower in a spacious shower cabin, enjoy a wide-screen TV watching domestic channels and maybe laugh how our language sounds to you :) or just have a drink in the morning/evening on the sunny terrace and enjoy the sound from the neighborhood.

I always wanted to be a host, so from 2018, I said: "It's time now, let's make a nice place to stay". Hope you will love it!!
Why they chose this property
Real Split experience, not too crowded and touristy packed streets but a real neighborhood. Yet that same crowded streets are only minutes away by foot if you want it. I am saying this because the children are still playing in the yard today just before the sunset or in front of the church, those older and bolder go to the beach that is minutes away from the apartment and where they build sand castles or as teenagers enjoy coffee while watching the swimmers relax.
For us, a "little" older ten minutes away is busy Diocletian's Palace.
