About this property
Gorgeous Mountain House with Hot Tub, Sauna & Gym
Tucked away in the alpine forest, this large, stunning home offers the ultimate retreat for solitude, tranquility, and creating memories.
Your "backyard" is a playground for outdoor enthusiasts. Hiking & biking trails, and wildlife-watching opportunities abound. In the winter, nearby skiing (10 min) provides endless snowy adventures.
Although secluded, you're only a short drive from SLC airport (30 min) & downtown Park City (20 min), which offers dining, shopping, and cultural experiences.
Newly redecorated with designer furnishings! This is a gorgeous, multi-level (4 stories), large (3600 sq ft) architect-designed home, sitting on top of a mountainous, cool neighborhood called Summit Park in Park City.
There is a very private trailhead (for hiking, biking, skiing) right behind the house. One of the best kept secrets in Park City.
There are 3 large bedrooms with king/queen sized beds. Plus one open loft with a double sofa bed, and a smaller bedroom with a single bed.
Enjoy your brand new, well-equipped private gym with 8 person sauna, double shower, and hot tub.
Relax with a movie at the end of a fun day with a huge TV in the great room, by the fireplace. Sonos sound systems throughout the house and large flat screen TVs in 4 of the bedrooms/loft.
IMPORTANT WINTER NOTE: This house sits at the top of a mountain road. Although the road is paved and regularly plowed during the winter, you may need a 4x4 with snow tires, depending on winter conditions.
CHILD SAFETY: This is not a suitable home for young children. There are many stairs, an open loft with railing and patios that are high above the ground.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: The maximum capacity for overnight guests is 9 total (including children). Any additional guests must be pre-approved and are subject for an additional fee of $250 per person per night.
PARKING: the garage has room for 1 car/van/truck, and you can park directly outside the garage. Total 3 cars. Please let us know if you need more room. In the winter, cars need to be parked directly in front of the garage, or the snow truck can't turn around. This is and important rule in the winter.
FOREST LIFE: the home is in the middle of a wooded area. The house is treated by pest control on a regular basis. However, you may still find some insects in the mornings. Keep windows and doors shut as much as possible.

About the host
Hosted by Gui Alinat
Welcome to our Park City mountain house, a private retreat designed for skiers, snowboarders, and families who want space, comfort, and easy access to the best of Utah. Our home sits between Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley, close to Main Street, hiking trails, and year-round outdoor adventure. Guests love the open layout, vaulted ceilings, large decks, updated kitchen, family room, loft, and the easy flow that makes group travel simple.
We created this home as a place to gather after long days on the slopes, bike rides, or summertime exploring. Every room is set up for relaxation: cozy bedrooms, a master suite with mountain views, a dedicated gym, and thoughtful touches throughout. Whether you come for winter skiing, summer festivals, hiking, mountain biking, or a quiet getaway, our Park City vacation rental gives you the comfort of a full home with the feel of a modern lodge.
We manage the property ourselves to ensure high standards, responsive communication, and a guest experience that feels personal from booking to checkout. Our goal is to offer one of the best vacation rentals in Park City — a clean, well-equipped, and welcoming base for everything you want to do in the mountains.

Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it captures everything people love about Park City in one place: quiet mountain scenery, fast access to world-class skiing, and a location that keeps you close to town without the noise or crowds.
The home sits in a residential area surrounded by trees, ridgelines, and wildlife, which gives it a peaceful feel year-round. You can step outside and see the mountains that make Park City famous, yet you’re only a short drive from the lifts at Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley. In winter, being able to reach either resort quickly is a huge advantage, especially on powder mornings.
The area is just as special in summer and fall. Miles of hiking and biking trails are nearby, along with scenic drives, lakes, and viewpoints that make exploring easy. Main Street is close enough for dining, shopping, galleries, concerts, and festivals, but far enough that you return home to quiet evenings. It’s an ideal balance: convenient, central, and still private.
We chose this spot because it works beautifully for families and groups. The neighborhood has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and a layout that feels safe and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you can take morning walks, enjoy coffee on the deck, play in the snow, or watch the sunset without ever leaving the property. The roads are well maintained, and everything you need — grocery stores, gear rentals, cafés, après-ski spots, and trailheads — is within minutes.
Simply put, this neighborhood offers the best version of Park City living.
It’s a base for adventure in every season, a quiet retreat at the end of the day, and the reason guests return year after year.

What makes this property unique
What makes our property unique is the combination of space, design, and location that feels tailor-made for a mountain getaway.
The house has a layout that works effortlessly for families and groups, with multiple gathering areas and enough privacy that everyone can spread out. The vaulted ceilings, large windows, and open main floor give the home a bright, expansive feel, while the downstairs family room, loft, gym, and extra sleeping spaces add flexibility you don’t often find in Park City vacation rentals.
Guests get the comfort of a full home paired with the charm of a modern mountain lodge.
Another standout feature is how well the home balances style and practicality. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, the bedrooms are cozy and quiet, and the master suite feels like its own retreat. The decks extend the living space outdoors, offering views, fresh air, and a place to relax after a day on the slopes or the trails. Every room was furnished and arranged with travelers in mind, so the flow of the house feels intuitive from the moment you walk in.
The on-site gym is something guests consistently highlight because it’s rare to find in a mountain rental. Having a dedicated fitness space means you can stay active even on rest days or early mornings before heading out. The mix of indoor and outdoor areas gives the home a versatility that works in every season — warm and cozy in winter, spacious and breezy in summer.
Location adds another layer of uniqueness. You’re close to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, and Main Street, yet the neighborhood remains quiet and scenic. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a peaceful morning, take in mountain views, and still reach the heart of town within minutes.
The result is a property that feels personal, thoughtfully designed, and genuinely easy to live in — a place guests often say they wish they could stay longer.
