Prep and cook your favorite recipes in the pristine kitchen, complete with a comprehensive housewares package for prepping and serving full-course meals, including stove-oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, regular and Keurig coffeemakers, and all flatware, utensils, cookware, dishware, and serving-ware. The kiddos will love the fun play nook under the stairs with pretend kitchen, woodworking shop, and faux outdoor area with turf and a play grill.

After a full day touring the theme parks and other Disney-area attractions – or simply enjoying all the entertainment Casa Luna has to offer – the group can choose from a selection of eight bedrooms. The master suite on the main floor provides a king bed, large TV, plenty of storage, a mirror, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the kids will be clamoring to claim their sleeping spot in their favorite themed bedroom, each with a double set of twin beds – while parents can choose to be close by in bedrooms that adjoin the magical kids' bedrooms with jack-and-jill bathrooms. The two ice-themed bedrooms, each including a large TV, connect through their closets, while the hero-themed room provides a large TV and fun slide. The three adult bedrooms that connect to the theme rooms via their bathrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, large TVs, and storage. Two offer king beds and one provides a queen. A total of three second-floor bathrooms adjoin bedrooms, two providing walk-in showers and double-vanity sinks, and one with a tub-shower combo. Have a blast in the second-floor loft space, surrounded by all the bedrooms and bathrooms, and ready to serve the group as a second living room and TV hangout space.

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
