The three bedrooms are situated on the first level, two of which face the front garden and have access to private balconies overlooking the pool and trees. The third bedroom faces the rear of the property which overlooks the surrounding vegetation. The living and dining area downstairs are spacious and comfortable, offering first class quality and comfort.The shady, manicured garden and pool offer great privacy and respite from the summer sun and is great for kids to play safely. The access to the beach is only 50 meters away.
