Thoughtfully designed for relaxation, convenience, and mountain-town charm, this home is the perfect base for families, friends, or anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with easy access to adventure.

Step into the warm and welcoming living area, featuring ample seating, a cozy fireplace, and a mounted TV—ideal for unwinding after a day on the slopes. From here, head out to your private patio to take in the fresh mountain air and serene surroundings.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. Enjoy more formal meals at the dining table set for up to six. A private washer and dryer, tucked neatly into the kitchen’s double-door closet, offers added convenience for longer stays.

The spacious primary suite features a luxurious king bed, a TV, beautiful mountain views, and an en suite bathroom complete with a dual-sink vanity and a large closet.
The guest bedroom, perfect for kids or extra guests, includes two twin bunk beds and its own TV. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is conveniently located near the kitchen.

This property was clean and cozy. The location was quite convenient for walking to the Ski Tip Restaurant. We ditched our car and walked into the Keystone village within 20 minutes. The condo was right across from the pool and hot tub. I would stay here again. The only downside is that this is the lower unit and the family above us was quite loud.

As this is a condominium building with shared walls and floors, noise from neighboring units can occasionally be heard, particularly during busy travel periods. We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
