Amazing Stay

The house was extremely clean and easily catered to our group of 9 (8 adults and 1 child). Spacious backyard and interior with an open concept. Great location as well 2 minute walk from the beach. I would recommend to family and friends and would go back.

Avisa’s cottage is one of the best Vrbo I've ever been. The house is very clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the river as well as a large yard. Everything is the same as described. My family loves the time we spend there. We will definitely come back again.

Great place for a finale to the summer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your charming home, Absolutely perfect for us. Well stocked with all we needed. We just spent lazy hours enjoying the house and garden, the beach and the ice cream shop at the corner. Hopefully we can make this an annual event. Thank you to our hosts. Anne, John and family

Perfect sister getaway

This place was exactly what we needed for our annual sister get together. Location was ideal with restaurants, beach and stores within walking distance. The grounds were well maintained and offered plenty of space to sit down and enjoy the view and good company. House was spacious, very clean and well equipped. Host was quick to respond and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Nice cottage 5 min away from the dog beach

Nice property with lots of space and 4 rooms. Outside fireplace, balcony and a deck near the river. Many restaurants around and the beautiful wasaga beach is walking distance. 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet for EV charger.

A+ experience in this amazing cottage

My family was stoked about how pretty and spacious the place was. Everything was exactly as described and more. It was spotless and beautifully decorated.The place was super clean.The spa and game room were great. The backyard was big and lots of outdoor seating was available , outdoor firepit and hot tub with the beautiful river view were amazing. The location is close to Wasaga Beach, Beach Area Station 3 Beach. What a great guest to host! Highly recommended

Loved it!

Very clean and well kept! Well stocked for any stay. Loved the deck at the water! The listing needs to add that there is a pool table....an added bonus! (it's no longer a garage) The misinformation for me was that the listing stated an office, but it was just an alcove....not a separate room. It's not a huge deal, just not what I thought. Avisa, you are an exceptional host who definitely cares about the guests!!

Just to clarify we still offer parking spots and it's as big as letting 5 cars to be parked there but we no longer offer indoor parking. We'll update our listing and add the poll table to it.
