The Space:

Enjoy air conditioning and laptop-friendly spaces. Unwind in the living area, complete with a comfortable queen bed and a sofa bed. The apartment has a private balcony. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials. Guests also have access to a communal pool and are near tourist options.



Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to our stylish studio apartment, including a well-equipped kitchen for preparing your meals. Relax in the living area, complete with a comfortable queen bed and a sofa bed. Step out onto your private balcony to soak in the views. The apartment has air conditioning and laptop-friendly spaces. Guests also have access to the communal pool, perfect for a refreshing swim. You'll also find yourself conveniently located near the Malecon and Coromuel beach.



The Neighborhood:

Our space is conveniently located near the Malecon, offering easy access to a variety of attractions. Explore local shops and restaurants within a comfortable walking distance. Enjoy the stunning views and nearby access to Coromuel beach. The neighborhood is known for its relaxed atmosphere and friendly locals, making it a great place to unwind. You'll find everything you need, from fresh seafood to unique souvenirs, right at your doorstep.



Getting Around:

Getting around our condo is a breeze! Uber/Didi/In Drive options are readily available. Malecón is just a short walk away, providing easy access to the Malecon, downtown La Paz, and surrounding areas. For those arriving by air, Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately a 2-hour drive. Alternatively, Manuel Márquez de León International Airport (LAP) in La Paz is only about a 15-minute drive. Free parking is available on the premises, making it convenient if you choose to rent a car to explore the beautiful Baja California Sur region.



Other Things to Note:

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the couch.



Please avoid seating in wet clothes.



Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.



Please note the pool is heated only in the winter season.



The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.



We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.



Broken, stained or missing items will be charged to the guest.
