Property was clean, views and location was perfect! We drove over to unclaimed baggage, did a hike and a stop by Mentone Market for some groceries and pizza.

The property would be excellent for a family gathering. For just two people it was far too much both in space and expense. The price should have been adjusted according to the number of guests. We booked the house for the view. The view was only of the trees which we view at home. We didn't receive any information prior to our going though the host said it was sent. We had to call the owner and VRBO upon arrival just to get into the house. The key had to be "activated" and since we arrived from ootown a half hour early we had to wait to get in at the exact "activation" time. We have stayed in several Mentone homes and never had this level of distrust before. Homes are usually open, ready and inviting upon arrival. Sadly this one wasn't and was a great disappointment. :(
