Entertainment abounds with 6 smart TVs, including an 85` TV in the large basement bonus room, air hockey, and classic games like Clue, Monopoly (Yellowstone edition), Life, Battleship, Bop It, puzzles, and playing cards. Stay active on the exercise bike, or relax in the private hot tub, delivered brand-new in December 2025, tucked in a fully fenced backyard for complete privacy.

Perfectly equipped for family or group stays, with showers and tubs. The home is equipped with a 50-gallon hot water tank located in the basement.

To ensure everyone has a comfortable experience, we recommend spacing out showers, especially if multiple guests are staying at the property. Consecutive long showers may temporarily use up the available hot water, and the tank will need some time to fully reheat.

If you plan to have several people showering, allowing about 20–30 minutes between showers helps maintain a steady hot water supply.

Snowy conditions are common in our area during winter, and we want to help you prepare. Here are our recommendations from December through the end of March, or whenever snow is present.:

- 4WD Vehicles Required: These are best suited for navigating snowy and icy roads.
- Snow Chains: Bringing snow chains is recommended, especially for added safety in severe conditions.
- Check Weather & Road Conditions

HOA handles snow removal services to clear the driveway at properties where it’s required. However, please note that road access to the property is dependent on county snow removal services, which may experience delays during heavy snowfall.

If shoveling the back deck, please use provided plastic shovel only—metal shovels will damage the surface.

Please note that we are not responsible for transportation issues due to weather or road conditions. Refunds will not be provided for weather-related challenges, and guests are responsible for any towing or additional transportation expenses they may incur. If you’re concerned about potential weather impacts, we strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your travel investment.

🗑️ Excessive Trash: Extra fees will apply if there is an excessive amount of trash left behind. Please use the trash bin provided.
🚽 Please do not flush feminine products, wet wipes or flushable wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items will cause damage.
❄️ Winter Travel: From December through March, we highly recommend 4WD and snow tires or chains due to snowy conditions and mountain roads.
