The spacious living room is bright and inviting, opening directly onto the covered terrace with comfortable seating and dining areas. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a cooktop, extractor fan, American-style refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. From here, you can enjoy stunning sea views while preparing your favorite meals.

The villa offers three stylish bedrooms, each designed for rest and relaxation. The master bedroom features a king-size boxspring bed (180 x 200 cm), air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, and direct access to the terrace. The two additional bedrooms each have a double bed, one of which is extra long (210 cm), ideal for taller guests. These rooms share a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and luxury linens.

At Coral Estate Rentals, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.
