Beautiful Home *be aware of European Outlets*
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Dream. The communication with the Management Team was great, very responsive.
The house was exactly as pictured in the Listing. For a group of 6 adults they could provide you with additional towels, hand towels and blankets (there was 1 towel each for showering, 1 each for the pool and no blankets only sheets but that's likely to encourage you not to use the AC) as well as additional pots and pans would be helpful.
We felt we were very responsible with the electricity usage but still had an additional charge on check out.
While Google will tell you that Curacoa uses the standard North American outlets this home is built with the European Outlets - the Management company did supply a good number of Adaptors but only 1 that would work with the 3rd grounding prong.
The pool was great, there was always a breeze to keep you somewhat cool, but there is very little shade (none) in the afternoon on the pool side of the house. We kept the front door and sliding doors open and backed up into the house to get out of the sun when needed.
Beds were very comfortable, soft. The fact that there were 4 King Beds all with Ensuites was what drew us to this house.
The distance to grocery and activities was an issue for us, we were aware before we went but still being a solid 15 mins from the closest grocery store was a bit of an inconvenience (and 20 mins from a good grocery store where you could get everything on your list).
Roads are fantastic.
