When we arrived the host asked to meet us at a different address then what was listed, this concerned us, but the Vrbo rep said it was probably fine, and indeed it was. The place was clean and suited our needs. Although it was easy to here all road noise in the bedroom by the road. We could even here people talking as they went by. We live in the country, so maybe we're just sensitive to noise. The location is wonderful, being incredibly close to Broadway and restaurants.
This apartment met our needs perfectly… my husband, adult daughter and I needed a place with two bedrooms near theaters and restaurants without being too close to the crowds and noise. Communication with host was easy as was checking in and out. Will definitely try to stay again on our next trip.
This roomy apartment was the perfect blend of neighborhood charm and convenience. Incredible restaurants and cozy markets were right outside our door. It was very clean and well appointed with amazingly comfy beds! As we are sensitive to scents, we appreciated how scentless the space was. The owner was friendly, met me to show me the features and was very responsive to my texts. Ideal location for theatre, transport and all of the gems of NYC.
We had extensive challenges with check-in and did not get timely assistance. As a result we had to leave. However, once we were able to make contact, we had our stay cancelled and refunded.
We were so happy with our stay this past week. It is a great location and for the most part, quiet evenings. The street side bedroom can be a tad loud from where the gap filler is around ac unit but ear plugs helped. I will say it was quite warm and have no ability to adjust heat since I was told it is regulated by the building. We had some out of season cold days. We opened a window and let some fresh cool air in and this was on the quiet nights. We would stay here again. The shower was great.
Easy check-in.Good communication.Beds are very firm if you like that. The ac worksWe thought it was closer to Bryant Park based on listing, but it was still close to everything. There was ribbon and garbage on the apartment that gave off the impression that it was cleaned very quickly and just the bedding was put on the beds instead of a deep clean. Overall, good value for location. You get what you pay for. It was quiet
