Whether you wish to ski at Park City Mountain Resort or the Canyons which are roughly a 10 minute drive from the property, or love to ski Deer Valley, with gondola access a 3 minute drive into the gondola parking lot, this new hot spot known as the Deer Valley East Village Lakeside location offers the privacy of private townhome living in 2500 square feet built for family entertainment. Additionally, for the 2025-2026 ski season, the HOA is providing a ski shuttle to and from the Deer Valley East Village base area!
The main level of Lakeside 75 offers stunning views from the spacious deck and grill area of the mountains and lake. With large picturesque windows, bright natural light and vaulted ceiling living space, the family area is spacious and cozy with light modern finishes, iron railings, luxury appliances and state of the art technologies, which are additions to the architectural elements like the stacked stone floor to ceiling fireplace which make for an inviting experience in this new neighborhood.

Lakeside 75 is perfectly positioned for year round adventure; skiing at all three resorts, hiking and biking year round, or boating and fishing at nearby Jordanelle reservoir. The storage of any vehicle, trailer, boat on trailers, or RV on the street is prohibited. Please store large vehicles off-site. Appropriately sized boats or trailers may not extend past the edge of the driveway at any point and may be parked in the driveway for no more than one week.

Awesome Stay!
We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful townhome! The space is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with lovely mountain views and great amenities. The location is perfect for easy access to skiing, outdoor activities, and downtown Park City. An excellent choice for a relaxing and fun getaway.
The home is beautiful, very new and clean. We enjoyed the open floor plan and the hot tub. The neighborhood is easy to access and only 10 minutes from Park City town and skiing. We'd stay here again. Thanks!

The property was everything we could have asked for. It had all the upgrades and so close to Park City/Deer Valley! Any issues that came up were promptly addressed with the owners. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We had a great stay at the house. The location was about 15 minutes from downtown Park City and Heber City. The house had everything we needed. Lots of extras such as coffee, shampoo and even a foot massage was available for your use.
We loved everything about our stay here. The home was beautiful. It was so clean, spacious and close to park city where we skied everyday. The drive was about 15 minutes away. We loved having our family stay at this property. It was clean and new, large for a big family, and I was surprised at how close it really is to the reservoir. She had everything we needed at the home to enjoy our stay. The view driving into the street is amazing and we will definitely be coming back to stay again. Min the host was very responsive and kept things simple which was a huge plus for me when looking at all my options. Thank you again for letting us stay at your beautiful home!!!
Our family from multiple states met up in Park City at this gorgeous property for a week-long vacation and it was absolutely perfect. The home was immaculately clean and well-stocked. It's approximately a 10 minute drive to Main Street, which is great for the area. We had no issues at all, but did have a couple of very simple questions for our host - we got responses within minutes! We'll absolutely stay again!
