Getting Around:

While Puerto Los Cabos is a beautifully planned community, it is also expensive, and many of the best spots, such as the golf course, beach areas, and nearby restaurants, are spread out. For this reason, we highly recommend renting a car during your stay.



A car will give you the freedom and convenience to explore:

• San José del Cabo’s Art District (10–15 minutes)

• Local beaches and surf spots

• The Puerto Los Cabos Marina

• Groceries, shops, and restaurants



Taxis and private drivers are available, but service can be limited depending on the time of day, and costs can add up quickly. Renting a car is usually the most comfortable and budget-friendly option for guests.

Other Things to Note:

House Rules

The primary guest must be 21 years or older.

A rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation.

- A valid ID may be requested during your stay.

- A security deposit for long-term rentals may apply and will be refunded after departure when all terms are met.

- All indoor spaces are 100% smoke-free.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

- Outdoor security cameras are installed for guest safety and property monitoring.

- All guests must be registered at the time of reservation and check-in

- Unregistered visitors require prior approval from Property Management and security registration

- Trash must be securely bagged and placed in designated bins

- To maintain a safe and consistent guest experience, external vendors are not permitted inside the home.

- Our concierge team is happy to recommend trusted, approved providers for any services you may need during your stay.

- Housekeeping services are available with advance notice. Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning requirements.



Safety Notice

Small children must be supervised at all times, as adults are fully responsible for their safety.
