There is an unoccupied trailer in the garden that is not accessible to guests.

*There is a nice trailer in the corner of the backyard, unused, no one ever use or access it it`s just the owner`s trailer being parked there. He lives abroad*

We are offering a self-check-in to give you the outmost privacy, but it doesn’t mean we aren’t available for you if you need any assistance. We are actually available 24/7 for our guests.

Safety & Cleaning
> Professional Cleaning: Properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized to CDC guidelines before each stay.
> Supplies: Household cleaning supplies, washer, dryer, and detergent are provided.
> Cameras: Outdoor-only cameras are used for security purposes.

Logistics
> Check-in: 4:00 PM.
> Check-out: 11:00 AM.
> Check-in instructions are sent the day of arrival.
> Inquire about early check-in or late check-out availability and pricing.

> All TVs are Smart TVs for streaming access.

Maintenance Schedule (Don`t be alarmed)
> Landscaping: Once a week (usually Wednesday or Thursday morning).
> Pool Cleaning: Twice a week (usually Tuesday and Friday morning).
> Garbage: Collected every Thursday morning by the city of Hallandale Beach. Staff manages the bins.

Property Rules
> Pool: No lifeguard on duty. Guests swim responsibly. No diving or glass near the pool. Owners are not liable for pool-related injuries.
> Parties/Events: Not allowed. No loud music or noise after 10 PM (residential area ordinances).
> Parking: Ample driveway parking. Do not park on sidewalks or neighbor`s spots.
> Pets: Allowed; please notify us in your initial message.

Hospitality & Services
> Concierge: We offer various services (yachts, nightlife, exotic cars, dining, entertainment).
> Rentals: Preferred rates are available for boat/yacht charters and car rentals (convenient or exotic).
> Requests: Ask about specific additional equipment (baby, disabled, pet gear).
> Discounts: Inquire for long-term stay discounts.

> Wear & Tear: The property may show minor signs of wear and tear or furniture changes, but a comfortable stay is ensured.
Please take time to read the house rules as they are really important as staying in nice residential areas means being respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood’s rules.

Parking: Please make sure to park on the driveway. Parking on the grass isn’t allowed. Parking on the sidewalk isn’t allowed

Party/Noise: Quiet hours 10pm - 8am. We wish you a memorable stay first and foremost. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and I’d like to remind you that we DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES!

Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoor only. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoor (subject to fine). Please gather your cigarettes` butts and throw them away, do not throw them in the backyard.

Pool Door alarm: There is a pool door alarm on the door. You can turn it ON/OFF by using the side button. If you are turning it off you are taking full responsibility.
