> Pool: No lifeguard on duty. Guests swim responsibly. No diving or glass near the pool. Owners are not liable for pool-related injuries.
> Parties/Events: Not allowed. No loud music or noise after 10 PM (residential area ordinances).
> Parking: Ample driveway parking. Do not park on sidewalks or neighbor`s spots.
> Pets: Allowed; please notify us in your initial message.

Pool Door alarm: There is a pool door alarm on the door. You can turn it ON/OFF by using the side button. If you are turning it off you are taking full responsibility.
