The former KdF facility Prora stretches directly on the dunes and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach with a view of the Prora Bay. Here you will find the impressive and completely renovated holiday home Haus Granitz. In the historic Binzprora you can enjoy the tranquility of everyday life with extensive walks, the sound of the sea and trips to the nearby nature. The direct beach location invites you to sunbathe and linger together. In a few minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea resort of Binz with its spa architecture villas or the port city of Sassnitz. A baker in the facility provides fresh bread every day. An elevator is available for easy access within the listed building.[nbsp] The already completed Granitz house is currently in a construction site area. The adjoining houses are currently being renovated.

Your friendly non-smoking 3-room apartment 110RB25 has 80 sqm of living space and is located on the 2nd Floor of the house. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the pine forest and the Baltic Sea dunes, not just from the balcony. The modern apartment, with two bathrooms and two bedrooms, can be occupied by up to 4 people. The 3-room apartment, furnished with attention to detail, makes for a particularly pleasant stay thanks to its high-quality furnishings. The apartment has an upstream hallway, a spacious living area, a dining area, two bedrooms, a separate kitchen and two bathrooms. In the living area you will find a comfortable seating area, a flat screen TV and free WiFi access. In the kitchen area you will find an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and other extensive kitchen inventory. Both bedrooms have a double bed, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe and blackout fabrics for a good night's sleep. A sleeping area also has another access to the balcony. The bathrooms are each equipped with a rain shower, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, vanity and toilet. All around a first class furnished apartment to switch off from everyday life and enjoy the vacation.[nbsp] A parking space, currently freely selectable, can be found directly at the house.[nbsp] The already completed Granitz house is currently in a construction site area. The adjoining houses are currently being renovated.
