The 80m² Spieljoch apartment has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen that offers plenty of space for cooking and sitting together. In addition, the apartment has a bathroom with double sink, shower and an additional bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. The two bedrooms are furnished with a large double bed and two single beds. The living room of over 20m² has a sofa bed which also offers space for two people. The sunny balcony terrace can be reached via a large panoramic door and offers an unrestricted view of the surrounding ski areas of Hochzillertal and Spieljoch.

Gastgeber war sehr nett und mehr als zuvorkommend. Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Alter zwischen 3 und 8 genau richtig. Ausgangslage zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten auch top. Egal ob auf dem Rad, zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto. Vielen Dank für diesen wirklichen unkomplizierten und schönen Aufenthalt,Günter.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Günter. Man bekommt vom Vermieter nicht viel mit, aber wenn man etwas fragt ist er sofort zur Stelle.Die Ruhe war super und die Betten auch sehr gut mit harten Matratzen. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Das Sofa ist nicht das wie auf dem Bild. Es ist auf jeden Fall kleiner und für 3 Leute nur bequem, wenn man es ausklappt. Der Fernseher ist zum Fussball gucken zu klein aber ausreichend. Es ist ein Smart TV mit HDMI Anschluss. Das WLAN ist ausreichend. An Ausstattung in der Küche usw.... ist das meiste da aber es könnte mehr sein. Die Wohnung ist ansonsten Trist eingerichtet. Ein bisschen mehr Deko oder auch mal ein Bild mehr an der Wand, könnte es noch ein bisschen gemütlicher machen. Das sind aber nur ganz kleine Kritikpunkte denn ansonsten waren wir total zufrieden mit der Lage, dem Vermieter und der Wohnung. Liebe Grüße und vielen Dank.

Die Interaktion mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Er war immer gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise erneuerungsbedürftig. Dazu gehört die Eckcouch im Wohnzimmer, der Backofen in der Küche, sowie der Fußboden im Schlafzimmer. Die Betten und Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren sehr gut. Wir konnten darin sehr gut schlafen. Die Raumtemperatur war grenzwertig. Die Fensterschließungen müssten nachjustiert werden, damit die Kälte draußen bleibt. Im Badezimmer muss der Syphon vom Waschbecken kontrolliert werden, da das Wasser nicht mehr richtig abläuft. Im Gäste-WC muss der Wasserhahn nochmal richtig befestigt werden. Ferner fehlt es in der Wohnung an Gemütlichkeit. Bilder, indirekte Beleuchtung und ein gemütlicher Sessel könnten hier den Gesamteindruck deutlich verbessern.

Urlaub im Zillertal
Wir haben 1 Woche in dem Appartement verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, guter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist wundervoll! Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Etwas mehr Besteck in der Küche und vielleicht ein Wäscheständer -das Bad ist groß genug- wären unsere Verbesserungsvorschläge. Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal im Zillertal!

Immer wieder gern
Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen hat er uns immer weiterhelfen können.
Trotz ruhiger Lage der Ferienwohnung sind Bäcker und der Bahnhof in 10 min zu Fuß zuerreichen.
So kann man das Auto einfach mal stehen lassen und erreicht die Ausflugsziele einfach mit der Bahn und das ganze stressfrei und auch relativ günstig.
Kurz zusammengefasst: top Lage, super Aussicht auf die Berge, einfach rund um zufrieden mit dem Urlaub.

Alles bestens
Wir haben uns in der geräumigen, warmen und sauberen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter hatte sich auch kurz gemeldet und gefragt ob noch was fehle.
Wir würden wieder kommen und können auch beruhigt weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft!
Die Ferienwohnung war schön eingerichtet und hatte auch eine sehr angenehme Größe.
Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit und können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder vorbei!
