Highly recommend staying at this gem! Beautiful property, adorable home, and very clean! Our family of 5 stayed here for a baseball tournament and the proximity to the fields can’t be beat!

Great place to stay for a baseball tournament at the ranch. House was cute and clean and had a huge green space and pretty pond.

The place was super clean and very close in proximity to Franklin Sports Complex (4min), where we were playing a tournament. Be aware that calling out on your cellphone is spotty, WiFi works great though. Get groceries in College Station. Communication was prompt. Overall a great stay!

I’ve already told the host we will rebook if we travel back to Franklin next year for volleyball! The barndo is actually as it is listed and pictured. If you prefer a firm bed the queen bed is for you. Both rooms are thoughtfully put together with plenty of space for your things. The couch is also so comfortable after a long day sitting in a gym or bleachers with both sides reclining. Highly highly recommend staying if your plans take you to Franklin!
