Lakefront view, grill on the lanai, and relax in the warm sun. Two full bathrooms include hair dryers and towels/ sheets for convenience. The villa stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re unwinding or staying productive, this property offers resort style amenities with superb blend of comfort and style. The amenities center is a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bar/grill, pools, pickle ball, bocce ball and much more. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. This Villa appeals to the traveling professional that may want to stay and work from home. It is not suitable for children due to drowning hazard. There is an unfenced lake on property. There is a 30 day minimum stay with a 24 hour hold before booking. The booking must be approved in advance by the Villa association before booking and paying. Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Take garbage out to the garage and use the receptacles. Strip the beds from sheets and place in pile near laundry room.

This neighborhood is 15 minutes from RSW airport, close to Jet Blue Stadium, Florida Gulf Coast university. It is near 25 min drive to beaches. Shopping all over.
