It is composed of 1 functional living room opening onto an American kitchen, 1 bedroom with a Master bed, 1 Sofa bed (convertible couch), and 1 bathroom with 1 shower and 1 toilet.
The location is 5 minutes from all tourist spots and close to all amenities: restaurants, supermarkets, and shops.

In preparation for hosting the Africa Cup of Nations 2025 and the FIFA World Cup 2030, the city of Marrakech is undergoing a major transformation, with the implementation of numerous urbanization plans by local authorities, particularly in the city center of Guéliz where the apartment and residence are located.
Before confirming your reservation, please be aware of the presence of significant construction work, notably the building of new structures near the residence, which may involve possible noise disturbances between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. This will not bother you if you spend the day outside visiting the city and enjoying Marrakech's activities and sun.
Technical Issues in the Apartment:
The electric shutters can get stuck if you roll them up all the way to the top.
The patio doors in the living room and bedroom do not lock. You must close the electric curtain for your peace of mind.
Entire Accommodation:
The apartment includes: 1 parking space, 1 entrance, 1 functional living room with a Sofa bed, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a Master bed, 1 bathroom with an Italian shower and 1 toilet, and 2 sunny terraces.
Our team is present on site in Marrakech to assist and accompany you throughout your entire stay.

House Rules and Legal Obligations
Dear guests,
Thank you for choosing our accommodation for your stay in Marrakech. To ensure a pleasant experience, please read the House Rules, which must be known and respected by all travelers in your booking group to avoid any issues with the platform and the local Police.
HOUSE RULES:
It is your responsibility to communicate the House Rules to every member of your booking group so that they are all fully aware of the accommodation rules and the risks involved in case of non-compliance:
1. In compliance with Moroccan law, every traveler in your booking group must present their passport upon entry into the accommodation, complete an information form for the local authorities, and sign the House Rules, which they commit to respecting. Should a member of your booking group refuse to comply with these legal obligations, the Host reserves the right to refuse access to the accommodation to your entire booking group.
2. It is forbidden to host external people not included in your booking group in the accommodation.
3. It is forbidden to organize parties in the accommodation or to cause noise pollution that may disturb the tranquility of the residence and the neighbors. During the day, playing loud music or making excessive noise is strictly prohibited.
4. Guests must comply with Moroccan law; only married Moroccan couples may rent the accommodation. This law does not apply to non-Moroccan nationals.
5. It is strictly forbidden to host prostitutes in the accommodation. In case of violation of this rule, travelers will be solely responsible for their actions towards the Police and the Moroccan Justice authorities, and they alone will bear the consequences: filing a complaint with the Court of Justice, criminal sanctions, convictions, and fines.
6. The accommodation is non-smoking. Smoking is forbidden throughout the accommodation (indoor/outdoor areas).
7. It is forbidden to bring illegal substances into the accommodation.
8. Quiet hours must be respected from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
9. Pets are not allowed inside the accommodation.
10. No commercial or advertising photography or video is authorized inside the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with these rules, the Host reserves the right to terminate your reservation without refund. Should guests refuse to vacate the accommodation within a maximum of 4 hours, the Host reserves the right to request the legal expulsion of the travelers by the local Police.
In the event of a serious accident or death in the accommodation, regardless of the causes and circumstances, the Company and the Owner cannot be held responsible, and the tenants waive their right to file a complaint or request damages or compensation from the Company and the Owner.
Other Rules to Understand and Respect:
- Check-in: Your welcome and key handover is to be scheduled together between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the day of your arrival. To respect the stay and tranquility of the previous group of travelers and to allow our housekeeping team time to clean and prepare the accommodation, you cannot enter the property earlier.
- Check-out: Your departure is scheduled for 10:00 AM on your departure day. To respect the stay and tranquility of the next group of travelers and to allow our housekeeping team time to clean the accommodation after your departure, you cannot leave the property later.
- Please check your airport landing and takeoff times. Your arrival and departure times must respect the hours our team is available to welcome you. We do not have luggage storage space before your arrival or after your departure.
- To offer you the best possible experience, please understand that logistical organization is important. Please provide us with your arrival and departure times as soon as your reservation is confirmed so we can jointly plan your check-in and check-out.
- The accommodation must be maintained in good condition throughout your stay. If needed, we can provide our cleaning team (paid service).
- In case of property damage, breakages, or electrical/plumbing problems, please inform us immediately for a quick intervention. Depending on the circumstances of damage or breakage, the Host reserves the right to request reimbursement from the travelers.
- Only the equipment and supplies mentioned in the listing are present in the accommodation: elevator, shower, air conditioning, freezer, kitchen, gas stove, hot water, oven, washing machine, refrigerator, paid parking outside the property, Wi-Fi. The Host cannot be blamed for the absence of equipment that is not indicated. You have the option to directly purchase the necessary equipment and supplies (water bottles, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, iron, salt, pepper, spices, baking paper for the oven, cooking utensils, clothes drying rack, etc.) at the supermarket during your stay.
- Please ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked and that you have turned off all electronic devices and lights when leaving the accommodation.
