Weekends: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Keep it chill during these times — think calm convos, not club-level bass. 🎧✨
🚭 No Smoking Indoors
A $300 fee will apply for any signs of indoor smoking/vaping or use in non-designated areas. We really appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space fresh and enjoyable for everyone!
🚫 Absolutely no drug use of any kind is allowed on the property — including recreational or illegal substances.


For Reservations On Other Platforms
To keep things secure and smooth for everyone, we just need a few verification items from you:
📸 A clear photo of your driver’s license
💳 A photo of the front and back of the credit card used to book
🤳 A fun little selfie of you holding your license (smiles encouraged!)
📝 A quick credit card authorization form (we’ll send you the link)
🧾 Heads up: The name on your ID, credit card, and reservation all need to match — just a simple way we help protect both our guests and our home.


🕓 Check-In Details – Let’s Get You Settled In!
Check-in time is anytime between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM (midnight).
Flying in late? Running behind? Just let us know — we’re happy to work with you!
Want to check in early? Totally possible — just not always guaranteed. Since it depends on cleaning schedules and guest turnover, we’ll only be able to confirm early check-in the day before or day of arrival. But we’ll do our best!
👉 Here’s what early check-in looks like if it’s available:
• 1-2 Bedrooms: $90 per hour (up to 2 hours)
• 3-4 Bedrooms: $150 per hour (up to 2 hours)
• 5+ Bedrooms: $180 per hour (up to 2 hours)

🚪 Important Door Info
Please only use the smart lock to enter and exit the unit.
Do not attempt to alter, tamper with, or change the lock in any way — this can cause damage and result in extra charges. If you use any other lock and accidentally lock yourself out, any locksmith fees or related costs will be your responsibility. Let’s avoid that hassle!

If you`re loving your stay and want to linger a little longer, we totally get it — just give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll check if we can make it happen!

We’ll always try our best to accommodate requests, but please know we can’t guarantee late check-outs unless we’ve confirmed it with you in writing.

We love pets — but we also love clean homes, happy neighbors, and well-behaved paws. 🐶🐱 Here`s everything you need to know if you`re bringing your furry travel buddy:
💰 Pet Fees
$100 non-refundable pet fee — per pet, per stay/month
$150 refundable deposit, returned within 5 days of checkout (as long as there’s no damage or rule-breaking)

Leash or crate your pet in shared areas
No solo adventures — pets must not be left unattended in rooms
Scoop that poop! 🧼 Clean up waste right away
No pets on furniture (unless you bring your own covers — we like to keep things fur-free)
🏥 Health & Safety
Proof of current vaccinations (rabies, etc.) is required
Pets must be flea- and tick-treated — we don’t do surprise visitors 🐜
⚖️ Liability (The Serious Bit)
Pet parents are 100% responsible for any damage, injury, or chaos their pets cause
We’re not liable for vet bills, medical costs, or legal claims tied to pet behavior

Aggressive behavior, noise complaints, or unsanitary conditions may lead to:

1. Who Needs a Security Deposit?
We may request a refundable deposit if:
You’re using a brand-new profile
Your profile has no reviews yet
Your review rating is 4.2 or lower
Want to skip the deposit?
Easy! A friend or family member with a verified profile + positive reviews can book on your behalf. 🎉
2. Pets & Parties = Possible Deposit
We love our furry friends and good vibes — but with great fun comes a little responsibility.
A deposit may be required if:
You’re bringing pets 🐶🐱
You’re hosting a gathering or inviting extra guests (even if they’re just stopping by and not staying overnight)
3. Not Sure? Just Ask!
Every situation is a little different. If you’re unsure whether a deposit applies to your stay, reach out to us before booking — we’re happy to clear things up!
4. Getting Your Deposit Back 💸
Your deposit is 100% refundable — as long as:
The home is left in great condition 🙌
There are no damages or rule violations
Once our cleaner or property manager gives the all-clear, we’ll get that deposit right back to you.


🚗 Parking Reminder – Keep It Clear & Legal!
Heads up! While there is street parking available, please be mindful of a few important things:
🚫 Do not block any neighbors` driveways — ever. Even for a minute.
📅 Watch for posted signs! Some days have street cleaning or other restrictions (like no parking Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM — as shown in the sign above).
🚛 No parking of unattached trailers at any time.
We love avoiding towed cars as much as you do — and unfortunately, we can’t be held responsible for any fines or towing. So please double-check the street signs before leaving your car.
