Owl’s Nest Resort is designed for convenience and ease of access. Most resort amenities, including golf, tennis, the heated pool, and Lake Harold, are within walking distance of the property. The surrounding White Mountains region is easily explored by car, with Loon Mountain, Waterville Valley, rivers, hiking trails, and scenic drives just minutes away. Parking is available on-site, making it easy to come and go. Whether you want to stroll around the resort or venture out for day trips, getting around is simple and stress-free.

Replacement charges apply for lost pool card or garage opener



Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!



Please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels.



Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.



Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!
