With 2 dedicated game rooms featuring arcade basketball, ping pong, darts, pool table, foosball, air hockey and classic arcade games, there’s something for everyone. Ideal for families & groups looking for a memorable lake escape.
House Rules

1. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-In: 4:00 PM or later
Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out will require an additional fee of $50/hour. This is. It guaranteed and based off availability. Please reach out to us so we can see if we can make this possible.

2. Smoking

Smoking is **NOT** allowed inside the house.
Please smoke in the designated outdoor areas and dispose of butts properly.

3. Pets

Pets are not allowed. If you are traveling with a service animal, please notify us in advance.

4. Noise

Please be considerate of the neighbors. No loud music or parties.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

5. Additional Guests

Please only host the number of guests that was booked. If you plan to have more guests, please ask in advance.

6. Parking

4 cars can fit in the driveway.
Please do not park on the street or on the grass.
We are not liable for towing or parking tickets.

7. Garage

Please do not open the garage. The garage has been converted into a game room for your enjoyment. Cars cannot be parked in the garage.

Please note that any house rules not followed will result in an additional fee
