Soaring ceilings, restored exposed brick, hardwood oak floors, and custom carpentry define the expansive living and dining areas, elegantly divided by a brick archway and warmed by multiple wood-burning fireplaces. The open chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a Wolf range and Miele dishwasher, ideal for effortless city living.



Upstairs, a stunning solarium with skylights leads to the serene primary suite with a spa-like bath, steam shower, soaking tub, study area, and fireplace. All three bathrooms feature bathtubs, offering added comfort for relaxation. Two private garden terraces create a true rooftop cottage experience, including an outdoor fireplace, retractable awning, irrigation system, and skyline views. The Neighborhood:

Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy:



For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.



Security Deposit Policy:



- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold

- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold

- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
