The ground floor has a spacious living / dining room with an open kitchen. A separate toilet room with bathroom furniture and a corner for vacuum cleaners.

An open staircase to the floor where you will find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and second toilet. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds. Wardrobe and bedside table in every room. Landing with storage space (possibly for 5. Bed in consultation).

The terrace (23m2) is covered. A lounge corner, dining area, and fixed grill make it an outdoor living room.

The kitchen has a fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and microwave / oven. Of course enough plates, cutlery, pans and other kitchen utensils.

The cozy living / dining room (together with the open kitchen 33 m2) has a seating area, dining area and flat-screen TV.
Free WiFi is available throughout the house.

For cooler evenings and cold winters, the heat pump with underfloor heating ensures a pleasant temperature throughout the house.

There is a laundry package for each house once a week: fitted sheets, mattress and pillowcases, kitchen towels and tea towels. Of course there are duvets and pillows. Bath towels and hand towels are provided in the bathroom.
