The home is conveniently located while remaining quiet and private. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement. The agreement will be sent via email and SMS within 48 hours of booking. We will also need ID verification. We also charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout. Because the property is in a residential neighborhood with sensitive neighbors, compliance with community rules is essential.
-No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission.
-Strict quiet hours: 10PM–8AM (no outdoor noise). We have very sensitive neighbors and if it results in any police calls, you will be fined $500.
- 4 outdoor security cameras are located; front doorbell. driveway, backyard and side yard.
- Noise decibel monitors are located in living room. back patio and front yard.
-No loud music is permitted throughout your stay.
-No fireworks, firecrackers, or poppers
-No Pets Allowed. Bringing an unauthorized pet violates house rules. If a pet is brought onto the property, a minimum $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged to cover required deep cleaning. Additional charges may apply if there is damage or flea treatment is required.
-No smoking inside or outside the property. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deep cleaning.
-No glass near the pool
-Primary renter must be 25+
-Children must be supervised at all times near the pool and play structure.
-This home is not child-proofed. There are no outlet covers, cabinet locks, stair gates, or pool fencing alarms, and guests should be aware of open water features, elevated areas, and hardscape elements. Guests traveling with children assume full responsibility for supervision at all times.
