Get ready to relax in this 4-bedroom house in Davenport. The marvelous bedrooms include a king bed, a queen bed, and two bedrooms both with twin beds, offering plenty of space for guests. With two bathrooms featuring both a bathtub and a shower, everyone can enjoy comfort and convenience. The house stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, making it a nice retreat no matter the season. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or gathering for a meal, this delightful home welcomes you with ease. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
This well-equipped home is just 15 minutes from the Disney attractions. A screened, heated private pool, ($25/day Pool Heat). The pool overlooks a conservation area, with wildlife. 2 cars maximum. HOA will tow any extra vehicles and no parking in the street overnight or you will be towed. There is currently no access to the community pool and gym. (Subject to future change)
