Be our guest and convince yourself about the Costa Blanca with its varied sandy beaches and the best climate in Spain.

Up to 4 people can enjoy a relaxed and relaxing stay in the apartment. The house is in a quiet residential complex, in the immediate vicinity of the La Mata salt lake. There is therefore no through traffic.

The apartment extends over 2 floors as a terraced house with its own garden and terrace in front and a patio terrace in the back. There is also a spacious balcony on the upper floor, starting from the bedroom.
The total area of the apartment is 82 m². These include the living room with dining area, kitchen, guest toilet, utility room and small winter garden in the entrance on the ground floor. Upstairs are two separate bedrooms, one with a balcony and the bathroom with toilet and shower.

The property includes a further 80 m² with garden, terrace and patio.

The apartment also includes a swimming pool that is shared by the surrounding residential complex. You can use it all year round without restrictions. The distance to this is only 14 m, directly opposite. The balcony adjoining the large bedroom also offers a wonderful view of the pool and the neighborhood. Up to the nearby salt lake La Mata it is about 1.9 km which can also be easily reached on foot. The nearest bathing beach on the Costa Blanca coast is 7 km away.

Your privacy is guaranteed. The house has high-quality security doors or iron grilles in the basement. The pool is available for free.

Electricity consumption is charged extra. This is read on departure and paid to the housekeeper in cash on site.

If you arrive after 11 p.m., the following fees apply:
May - October = € 50
November - April = 30 €
The fees are payable in cash and directly to the housekeeper.

The mobile gas grill is provided at your own risk. This must be cleaned thoroughly on departure, otherwise cleaning costs will be incurred.

A supervisor is available on site for the key handover and further questions. He speaks German, English and Spanish.

- Other important information -

As we want to offer all our visitors optimally maintained and well-kept holiday homes, pets are generally not permitted. Furthermore, out of consideration for others, I ask my guests to smoke only outside the closed rooms.

On request, we also offer transfer to Alicante airport. The car capacity is only 4 seats! With more people, they need two cars. A taxi is cheaper for other airports.

- the neighborhood -

The house is located just outside the small town of Rojales, in a holiday village about 8km from the town of Torrevieja. The region's two distinctive salt lakes are in the immediate vicinity. Bathing is permitted here at certain points and enables a unique experience of weightlessness. The healing effect should not be underestimated and is in great demand across Europe.

The nature reserve "Parque Natural de Torrevieja" also borders here.

About 27 km away is San Pedro del Pinatar, on the Mar Menor, known for its mud lagoon with healing properties. The mud has an anti-inflammatory effect and frees the skin of toxins.

The coastal town of Torrevieja is one of the most desirable and beautiful residential areas, right on the sea with wonderfully well-kept beaches. This coastal region provides one of the best climates in Europe due to its salt lakes. The region's very healthy microclimate, thanks to salt and iodine, is good for rheumatism or respiratory diseases. Due to the mild temperatures in the Mediterranean, it is also perfect for wintering here. Because of the more than 320 days of sunshine, there is a balanced holiday mood all year round.

Torrevieja offers everything you could want for your vacation in the sun. A nice harbor with restaurants, tapas bars and shops, nice places and great beaches. Activities near the apartment include water sports, cycling, tennis, bowling, fishing and golf.
The region is located on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante, whose varied coastline offers many beaches, cliffs, palm trees, natural caves, vineyards and lush valleys. Don't miss the amazing seafood menu in the many restaurants along the coast. The area is nationally and internationally known for its salt production. Large white mountains of salt and huge salt lakes can be found along the road (N332) from Torrevieja towards Alicante.

Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht:( Das Haus war zwar soweit sauber,aber die Couch war völlig kaputt und das Ehebett ist total klein und schon fast auseinandergefallen! Es wackelt bei jeder Bewegung! Sind ins Gästezimmer gegangen und mussten zwei Holzbetten zusammen schieben! Ventilator macht ständig Geräusche und die Fliegengitter halten überhaupt nicht an den Fenstern! Vorgarten völlig ungepflegt mit vertrockneten Pflanzen und ein kaputter Sonnenschirm in die Ecke gestellt! Alles in allem sehr ungepflegt und Mann müsste eigentlich Geld zurück verlangen! Schade :(((
