Location is in the heart of activities located in a historic/classic 4 story building with the apartment being the 4th floor. Call out is there are lots of steps for those with physical considerations. The space is roomy and well decorated. The beds and linens were comfy. I appreciate the patience and quick responses of the management team when I had questions. This was a perfect option for a family weekend.

Super easy check in with a host who is always available via text. The place itself is gorgeous. It is an older building but I find them absolutely lovely and charming, but if you're looking for a 5 star hotel with room.service, maybe go to a 5 star hotel instead. Despite being an older building, the host has updated many areas and the pictures are completely accurate. We were there for a wedding, which we were able to walk to. In fact, we walked everywhere because we were right in the middle of everything. I will definitely book again if we ever end up back on Chicago.

The unit is in a very good location, close to downtown and the L train. The unit is nothing fancy, but it was comfortable. We had a big problem with parking, however. The owners advertise that covered parking is included with the rental. What they failed to tell us that it was just a spot they rent through Spot Hero. On the way to Chicago, they sent us a QR code to get into a ramp 3 blocks from the unit. Unfortunately, the QR code did not work. With several cars behind me, I had to use my credit card. In the end, my free parking cost me 44. It could have been much higher if I had not re-parked the car. I understand that glitches happen, but the owners refused to reimburse me for the 44 in spite of several requests.
