Exclusively equipped, very friendly and bright 3-room maisonette comfort apartment in the Helgoland avant-garde house with a view of the marina. The newly designed kitchen offers you everything that is necessary for culinary magic. There is also a place for a washing machine. Enjoy the comfort of this modern apartment with the large living / dining area and the south-facing terrace and direct access to the south beach. From the two bedrooms on the second floor you have a very nice view of the marina. The restricted outdoor parking space is of course included. WiFi is a matter of course for this beautiful apartment.

This spacious and furnished with great attention to detail duplex apartment invites you to linger and enjoy. It is located on the 1st Upper floor of a representative residential complex on the south beach of the city of Wilhelmshaven (the only south beach on the North Sea). The apartment has a spacious, bright living / dining area and is equipped with a high-quality kitchenette (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) and integrated dining area. The living area has a comfortable seating, TV flat screen, DVD player, CD player. From the living room you can reach the south terrace, which is of course equipped with the appropriate garden furniture. On the second floor you will find a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed, each with a view of the inner harbor. You will also find the wellness bath on the same floor. This very nice, bright apartment is very suitable for 4 adults or for a family with 2 children. So staying in this apartment turns your vacation into a very special stay. Extras: TV with flat screen in the bedroom. Internet connection washing machine high chair available on request bicycles

Well positioned lovely apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at Andreas apartment. It is well positioned near beach, city and restaurants. Andrea and Klaus were very friendly and welcoming. Apartment is well equipped with all amenities. If I could make a small suggestion to also have information in compendium also in English and especially the washing machine and dryer instructions. Also maybe state in the description that there are spiral stairs to the sleeping area as older people would have difficulty getting suitcases upstairs. Not a criticism just a suggestion. Thank you for sharing your lovely apartment with us .

Die Wohnung wird inseriert mit Bezeichnungen wie z. B. exklusiv und Wohlfühlbad. Außer der Lage der Wohnung ist dort nichts exklusiv. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf zwei Etagen. Das Bad mit Toilette befindet sich oben in der Etage. Ca. 5 -6 qm groß, mit alter Badewanne, Plastik-Duschvorhang verrosteter Heizungsabdeckung und einfachen Becken und Möbel spricht man hier vom Wohlfühlbad - das ist eine besonders freche arglistige Täuschung. Es ist die einzige Toilette und man muss jedesmal nach oben eine Wendeltreppe gehen, um ins Bad/WC zu kommen. Das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer ist so niedrig ca. 30-40 cm über dem Boden, das man schon noch fir´t sein muss, um raus und rein zu kommen. Auf der Terrasse stehen total ungepflegte Holzmöbel, rostige Regenleisten und kaputte und abgenutzte Steinplatten. Gerne würde ich hier die Fotos hochladen, die meine Kritik bestätigen. Der Parkplatz ist etwas weiter weg, und vor dem Haus kann darf man nicht parken, wegen Feuerwehrausfahrt und muss deshalb entweder verbotener Weise doch da parken um das Gepäck oder die Einkäufe dort abzuladen. dann muss man damit 12 -15 stufen hoch gehen , bis man zu der Eingangstüre kommt. Für ältere oder gehbehinderte nicht zu empfehlen, aber auch sonst für keinen.

Wohnung top

Die Wohung war wirklich toll. Wir waren zu viert dort (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder - 3 und 5 Jahre). Es war alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag braucht. Die Lage ist direkt am Süßstrand (500 m zu Fuß) Leider war aufgrund von Corona an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten Einlassbegrenzung und sehr lange Warteschlagen. In der näheren Umgebung war dann für Kinder nicht ganz so viel. Wir haben dann "Klein Wangeroog" entdeckt und dort konnten die Kinder wenigstens etwas im Wasser spielen (bei 26 grad und Sonne) die Sauberkeit war dann eher so mittemäßig Ob die Nordsee nochmal was für uns ist weiß ich noch nicht, das liegt allerdings nicht an der wirklich tollen Wohnung (Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Spüli, Kaffee... ALLES was DA)

Schöne Wohnung am Südstrand

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht in bester Lage zum Südstrand und zu guten Restaurants. Wir sind herzlich am 2. Weihnachtstag empfangen worden und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Wir kommen wieder (: Vielen Dank noch einmal auf diesem Wege .
