Located at the gateway to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, it offers quick, reliable access to multiple ski resorts without the challenges of staying up in the mountains. The area is quiet, safe, and residential, yet close to parks, cafés, grocery stores, and dining—making daily logistics effortless. After a day of skiing, we love coming back to a calm neighborhood with easy parking, peaceful evenings, and clear mountain views.
