This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between: Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

We really enjoyed this rental. Everything worked well and the unit is very nice. Also, it’s nice how well equipped the unit was with basic needs such as spices, cooking oil, coffee, etc. the location is ski-in / ski-out as described, and only about a block away from the village. Property manager was very responsive. Heated floors in the bathroom was a very nice touch, along with all the robes. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
They let us check in a little early and extend check out by an hour to accommodate our schedule. The entire teams communication was stellar. Will be back in the summertime to experience a different season.
