Sehr schöne Wohnung und von der Lage her perfekt.Die Ausstattung war soweit okay. Leider hat ein Backofen und ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon gefehlt!Bei geöffneter Balkontür ist die Wohnung vom Umgebungslärmher sehr laut. Der Aufkleber an der Balkontür ( nicht so laut ) istdaher überflüssig.

Die Mikrowelle hat eine Doppelfunktion und dient gleichzeitig als Backofen! Gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sich ein Garten, sodass man keinen Lärm von draußen hört!

Es fehlte mir ein kleiner Backofen um Brötchen aufzubacken oder auch mal eine Pizza. Es wäre auch nicht schlecht wenn zusätzlich kleine Handtücher zur Verfügung da sein würden.

Die Mikrowelle hat doppelte fonction und ist auch ein Backoffen ! Zusatz Handtucher sind im sofa , einfach deckel hoch heben !

Sehr sehr gut gelegen, Austattung vielfältig, aber teilwese mit deutlichen gebrauchsspuren. Bettensituation im Wohnzimmer nicht optimal. Sauberkeit ausbaufähig.
