The apartment has a panoramic view of the ocean through the living room and dining room. The balcony, with a 180o. view, is ideal for breakfast or for relaxing in the afternoon and in the evening. Watching the sunrise from this apartment is unforgettable. Another spectacular view is watching the waves breaking on the rocks of the hill day in, day out, producing an endless tranquilizing sound. The New Year party fireworks can be seen from the apartment which is located on the 14th floor. It is ideal for 6 people, but can accommodate up to 8 (condominium rule).
