Beautiful 3 Br Designer Home In Sunset Pointe

This beautiful newly furnished 3 br home is located 2 minutes from the seabreeze pool, miona rec. Center, cane gardens country club. Just a 5 minute golf cart ride to lake sumpter landing and 10 minutes to the new brownwood village.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with 55 inch tv . The mbr has 2 walk in closets with a large bathroom with double sinks and a vanity. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a 55 inch tv and full closet. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with a 32 inch tv and full closet.

The family room also has. 55 inch tv and house has free wifi. The whole house is beautifully tiled.

The kitchen has complete cookware, service for 12 with breakfast bar and kitchen nook. The dining room seats 8 comfortably and hutch has 12 piece china set in addition to regular dishes
Enjoy coffee in kitchen or lanai, reading in lanai, play 9 or 18 hole golf , bocce, tennis, pickleball, billiard s or relax in 1 of 25 pools family and /or adult only. You can also head down to 1 of 3 village squares with shopping, vendors, restaurants and nightly music.

Included is also a gas golf cart so you can travel farther than the electric carts and no charging. Has headlights and turning signals for night driving with glove compartments that lock, cup holders, sunbrella and more...

Excellent stay except after we left the property manager called to say that the cleaning lady complained that we left it dirty. We could debate that all day but just let me say it was not perfect when we arrived but we did not complain. Otherwise we enjoyed the house.

Great Location

The house was stocked with everything we needed for two months we were there. The property is located close to Lake Sumter Landing, which makes it easy to enjoy the amenities there, shopping, restaurants, nightly entertainment, movies, etc.

We enjoyed our Villages experience in this beautiful home. It was a great location close to golfing, village squares and wonderful neighbors. Would definitely rent again.

Our stay was very enjoyable and the accommodations were very nice. The house had everything we needed from a bar-b-q to a neat golf cart and nice big TV's. The house was very close to the Market Square where there was nightly live entertainment and The Villages seem to have many activities. The pool was very close and the Cane Garden was excellent and nearby. We feel that The Villages is correctly termed "Happy Land". We would definitely recommend this property to anyone

This three bedroom home fit all of our needs and more. The location is wonderful. Cane Garden Country Club was a short walk and ideal for lunch or dinner. A golf cart is included, too. Well maintained, fully furnished and tastefully decorated.

Spacious, affordable accomodations for a visiting family

I have grandparents that live in an assisted living facility in the Villages, and wanted to visit them over Thanksgiving week. Donna's home was an ideal location for my family to stay (including my 5-year-old and 3-year-old daughters). The house is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and has a well-equipped kitchen -- I was able to cook a full 6-course Thanksgiving dinner and serve 6 people comfortably. This home also benefits from its very close proximity to Lake Sumter Landing, with easy access to dozens of restaurants, shops, and outdoor music and people watching. Donna was very helpful at each step of our home search process. I definitely would stay at this home again during my next visit to the Villages. Evan
