This 2019 renovated, modern and bright apartment is located in a historic half-timbered house in the city center of the mountain town of Selva with a view of the medieval castle.

Selva is one of the oldest cities in the Ore Mountains and has repeatedly qualified as a resort in 2019.
From here you can explore the beautiful Ore Mountains. Whether by car, bike or on foot, there is something for everyone.

Warmbad, a district of Selva Gardena, is the oldest and warmest healing spring in Saxony with a wonderful sauna area. Here you can just relax and let yourself be pampered.

After an eventful day, you can end it in one of the cozy restaurants that Selva and the surrounding area have to offer.

Großartige Fewo

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt in geräumiger Wohnung in herrlicher Lage direkt neben der Burg im historischen Ortskern von Wolkenstein. Freundliche Gastgeberin.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr sauber und auch Vermieter (welche im selben Haus wohnen) sind sehr nett. Auch die Gegend ist herrlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Kurzer aber traumhafter Urlaub

Meine Frau und ich waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter für ein Wochenende in Sachsen und haben diese kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung gebucht, da die Bilder und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zu anderen Ferienwohnungen, die für uns in Frage kamen am besten waren. Die Buchung und erste Kontaktaufnahme verlief einfach und unkompliziert. Auch hatten wir bei der Anreise keine Probleme, da wir alle benötigten Informationen vorab per Mail bekommen haben. Dort angekommen, wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben sogar Unterstützung beim Tragen unserer Taschen in die Ferienwohnung bekommen! Nach einem kurzen, aber völlig ausreichendem Rundgang durch die Ferienwohnung, bei dem uns alles erklärt wurde und wir Fragen stellen konnten, bekamen wir die Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt und konnten unseren Kurzurlaub starten. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und insgesamt sehr sauber - wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt und hatten als dreiköpfige Familie genügend Platz und alles, was wir brauchten. In der Küche findet man ebenso alles, was man für einen Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt (Backofen, Herd, Wasserkocher, Kaffeevollautomat und Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Besteck und Gedecke) - und alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Blick aus dem Fenster, Richtung Schloss lädt zum Entdecken der Umgebung ein, die wirklich in jede Himmelsrichtung sehenswert ist. Hier kommt man wirklich auf seine Kosten - von Burgbesichtigungen über Bergwanderungen bis zu einem Besuch in der Therme mit Saunen u.v.m. In der kleinen Stadt gibt es auf jeden Fall einen Penny-Markt, Bäcker und eine Apotheke. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit - wir hatten die Möglichkeit, uns jederzeit bei ihnen zu melden. Da sie mit in demselben Haus wohnen, wäre also kurzfristig benötigte Hilfe schnell vor Ort gewesen. Insgesamt ist diese Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Wir wären gern noch ein paar Tage länger geblieben!!

In den Wolken

Das Objekt ist romantisch auf einem Felsen gelegen, umgeben von Burg, Kirche und Altstadt. Die Vermieter waren sehr aufgeschlossen und freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung war modern, sauber und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Zu Fuß konnte man den Burgkeller, egal woher, nur durch die Überwindung von vielen Höhenmetern erreichen.
