One free parking space is available per unit. Smoking is prohibited in closed rooms. If you smoke in the rooms, a flat rate for special cleaning is charged at EUR 200. Our quiet, beautiful one-room apartment with its own terrace and lawn offers 26sqm of space for two people. The room is equipped with a double bed, a flat screen TV. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to feel comfortable, such as a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a shower with toilet and sink. Towels, bed linen, WiFi, final cleaning and a parking space are included in our service free of charge.
