The completely renovated in 2019/20 SEENZEIT invites you to experience relaxation and well-being! You leave the stress of everyday life, escape from the everyday environment and experience a relaxed and unforgettable vacation.
Here you will find pictures, information, prices and free dates of the new ground floor apartment and a wide view of the lake. It is located on an undeveloped hillside, just a few minutes' walk from the shores of Lake Constance.
Your parking lot is right in front of the SEENZEIT apartment.
The use of bicycles (2 adult bikes) is included in the price.
Höri great moments for the soul and time for yourself.
The beautiful short three-minute path leads along beautiful half-timbered houses to the bakery and shops, restaurants directly to the harbor and bathing beach. The bus stop is also a 5-minute walk away. The parking lot is directly in front of the apartment.

Spend a relaxing holiday in our bright, lovingly and very comfortably furnished apartment (76 sqm) with a large south-facing terrace, which is located on the ground floor. It consists of a modern, fully equipped kitchen with Boras stove system, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso, filter coffee machine) etc.
You can expect a spacious dining and living room area with media wall and a high-quality Brühl designer couch and sofa bed. The bedroom consists of a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) with high quality comfort mattresses.

In addition to a comfort shower, the bathroom has a bidet. The bedroom can be completely darkened. The equipment includes holiday reading, BlueRayes, DVDs, CDs, plus streaming board games complement our offer. Bedding and towels are included. If you have any questions, you can always contact a local contact person.

Enjoy your vacation days on the picturesque Höri, which captivates with a mixture of nature, culinary, art and culture.

The municipality of Öhningen-Wangen charges a visitor's tax.
The tourist tax per person and day of stay is € 1.50 in the high season (April 1st - October 31st) and € 1.00 in the low season (November 1st - March 31st).
The day of arrival and departure are counted together as one day of stay.
Children up to the age of 15 Are exempt from the tourist tax.
The amount is to be paid separately and will be paid in full to the community.

Toller Bodensee-Ausblick

Man hat vom großen Hauptraum (Wohn-, Küchen-, Essraum) durch die großen Scheiben einen tollen Ausblick auf den Untersee bzw. Hochrhein. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben hochwertig und vollständig, das gilt auch für Bad und Schlafzimmer. Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wohnung Seenzeit

Die Wohnung und die Gegend sind sehr schön. Tagsüber waren die Geräusche von der nahen Hauptstrasse etwas störend. Der Blick auf den See war einmailig.

Fantastisch

Die Wohnung ist äusserst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns sofort wohl und Zuhause gefühlt. Es hat grossen Spass in der toll ausgestatteten Küche zu kochen. Die Geräte sind absolut hochwertig. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind überaus bequem, tolle Matratzen! Der Werkbank-Lavabo-Tisch ist ja mal eine geniale Idee, so etwas haben wir noch nie gesehen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den See war eifach herrlich. Sehr hilfreich war die Waschmaschine, bei den täglich weit über 30 Grad. Im Weiteren hervorzuheben ist die äusserst nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Sie haben immer sehr schnell auf Fragen oder Anliegen reagiert. Einmal wollte die Waschmaschine nicht anspringen. Dies wurde innert kürzester Zeit behoben. Für uns gar keine Frage, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüsse Britta Gasser und Daniel Roth

Erholung/Radfahren

Herr Rolf Ackermann kümmert sich jederzeit um seine Gäste. Gerade angekommen wurden wir bereits kontaktiert, ob das Einchecken funktioniert habe. Die Wohnung ist äußert hochwertig, die Küche eine Topausstattung. Der Blick vom Balkon auf dem Bodensee ist traumhaft. Man braucht eigentlich die Wohnung nicht zu verlassen, da sie so viel bietet, dass man dort dauerhaft verweilen kann. Wir haben dann doch schöne Radtouren am Bodensee und am Rhein entlang gemacht und sind in die naheliegende Schweiz gefahren. Der Hit war, dass Herr Ackermann uns zum Segelbootfahren eingeladen hat. Insgesamt war es ein rundum toller Urlaub. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die Bereitstellung der super Wohnung und den problemlosen Ablauf.
