Ski-in and ski-out Breckenridge directly from the resort! Grand Timber Lodge is a 5-star resort, nestled at the bottom of the ski runs next to the Snowflake Chairlift and just a short stroll from downtown Breckenridge.

Come enjoy world-class ski slopes and year-round outdoor recreation in world-famous Breckenridge, Colorado. Fun for the entire family awaits with access to resort amenities, fitness facilities, indoor and outdoor pools, private movie theaters, massage spa, game room, children's playground, and underground heated parking.

With 1,200 square feet of well-appointed living space, up to 8 guests can sleep comfortably in a Grand Timber Lodge two-bedroom residence.

The Master Bedroom Suite comes with a king-size bed, large dresser, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bath. The large primary bath includes a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities.

The Guest Bedroom Suite offers a queen-size bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and ensuite bathroom. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination and a single vanity. The kitchenette includes a microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator, toaster, sink, kettle, dishwasher, dishes, and utensils.

The Main Living Area situated between the two bedrooms has a large gas fireplace, along with comfortable chairs and a couch that pulls out into a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, cable television with DVD players (DVDs may be checked out at the front desk), private decks overlooking either forest or pool area, and free wireless internet. There is also a separate dining area with seating for up to 10 guests.

The Full Gourmet Kitchen comes with granite countertops, upgraded appliances, a full refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, place setting for up to 12, cookware, glassware, and utensils. There is also a full-size washer and dryer included in the space.

Out the back of the property, you are steps away from the Snowflake chairlift and numerous hiking trails. They have slopes designed with the whole family in mind. You can either ship or rent your ski equipment to/at the property.

After the day skiing, come back and enjoy the 2 indoor/outdoor heated pools, 2 indoor hot tubs, and 4 outdoor hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms to relax away sore muscles. If that's not enough, enjoy a massage at the Massage Spa onsite.

There is also a splash pad and arcade room, child care, and children’s activities for the kiddos. The older kids can enjoy the Grand Room with a big screen TV and a billiards table.

For mealtime, you can enjoy the Boot Saloon with its comfort food and cocktails in a relaxing environment. Or you can use the free shuttle into the beautiful town of Breckenridge and enjoy the unique shops and delicious food that it offers (just call the shuttle to pick you up at any desired location in town when you’re through!)
