Welcome to Nashville! We are happy you have chosen to review our property!

Your Nashville home features 2 large bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 with a fully equipped kitchen with coffee/coffee pod maker and every utensil you will need.

You can enjoy your meal in a spacious dining area and a cozy living room with fireplace for those get togethers before going out on the town or just to relax and watch a movie after a night out!!

You will have Wifi, 2 flat screen smart televisions to enjoy local channels, Sling TV, Netflix , Amazon and more! Or you can pull a classic movie off of our DVD shelf!

The property features a large covered parking area and is free, so there is no need to drive and pay for expensive parking downtown.

You will also have access to laundry facilities, a spacious gym for a quick workout and quaint pool overlooking the Cumberland river for you to relax and enjoy!

Wonderful Stay!!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The space was perfect and the hosts were so great. We walked to Broadway every day, walked to Jonathan‘s for dinner twice and to a Nashville Sounds game. We loved that we could come back and feel completely disconnected from the busyness of downtown by watching the barges on the river and the wildlife on the grounds. The condo is beautiful inside, well decorated, had everything we could possibly need and was the perfect place to relax. Hoping to stay here again next year!

Great location, 15-20 min walk to broadway It rained one day, we were happy to parked in a covered parking spot just outside our room. The pool was awesome. The condo had everything we needed..

This condo is comfortable and clean. It is a 10 minute walk to downtown. Plenty of free, covered parking at condo. We enjoyed that it was quiet and away from the action of downtown - but within walking distance. Beds were comfortable. We had a great time in Nashville and would stay here again.

Sister's trip

This rental was a good fit for 3 women. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. There was a bit of a hiccup on our arrival, but the owner's responded immediately. A plus is that we had a car and there was plenty of free parking. The location was a bit of a walk to Broadway, but manageable. We enjoyed dinner and music at Pucketts. If you can, we highly recommend going to the Grand old Opry and the Hermitage.

First Time in Nashville with Friends

Me and 3 friends stayed in Nashville and at this property for the 1st time. We all fell in love with Nashville! This condo was ideal for all of us and the location was pretty close to all of the action on Broadway - walking distance. The place was clean and the amenities were great. Bernie and Kristine were responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back!

Great weekend getaway

The property was in a safe, clean area of Nashville. Very clean. Well stocked with towels, blankets, pillows, linens, soaps, etc. The beds were comfortable. The balcony overlooking the Cumberland was nice and a great view for morning sunrises. There are a few minor improvements needed. Several inside doors do not latch when you push them closed so you can’t lock them if needed. The air mattress has a leak so it needs to be replaced. Lastly, the shower water does not get hot, just mildly warm. Overall, we were comfortable and would stay here again.

Perfect place for a family

This condo worked out great for our family of 5 plus a small dog. (One son slept on the couch, only because we were too lazy to blow up the large mattress for him.) It really an easy 15 min walk to Broadway! The view of the river was neat too. The decor was inviting, up-to-date, and not cluttered. All the rooms were spacious, including both bathrooms - plenty of room for all their beauty supplies if you have daughters - and plenty of room for luggage, to hang clothes, etc. There were a few minor issues, but I heard back from the owners very quickly and things were taken care right away. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with a cool distillery, restaurant, and delicious upscale breakfast joint all within 2 blocks. My only suggestion would be to do something to improve the main bed. The mattress was very soft, yet even though we sleep on a very firm mattress at home, it was surprisingly comfortable. It was more of an issue that it's also low to the floor and was hard to get out of, at least at our age, lol. Otherwise, great place, we'd definitely stay there again!

convenient location

Overall this property is in a good location - with quick proximity to downtown and the entertainment areas. It is a very industrial vibe. Walkable in about 10-15 minutes or a quick ride share to the location. The Pros: The property has a great view, being right on the river. It has a small balcony to enjoy your coffee in the morning. It was spacious enough for our group. Small living room (couch + 1 chair) worked fine for us. The kitchen was spacious and had full sized appliances - we didn't not cook there, but it would have been perfect if we had! The two bedrooms are separated by a walk through shared bath - so there is separation between the two sleeping areas. The Cons Beds left a lot to be desired. The master bed is literally on the floor, so if you are someone who has trouble getting up from that level, be forewarned. Pillows also were super thin - worse than many hotel pillows. The place is a bit old, and hence doors don't close easily, lots of squeaky hinges, etc. It is tough to be quiet and not wake others if you are an early riser. Although toiletries are provided, is a very small amount of shampoo and lotion only - no soap. Bring your own toiletries! Finally, cleanliness is an opportunity here. We found a used coffee pod in the Keurig, the door jams/knobs show visible signs of previous owners, and the patio door had dog nose prints from some previous visitor. All of these are signs to me that only surface cleaning is happening at this property.

Great Weekend near Downtown Nashville

We enjoyed staying at the property close to downtown right on the Cumberland River (a little less than a mile from downtown). Bernie was great in providing lots along great information about the local area. The property had everything we needed and was very clean. The check-in and check-out was effortless. We would recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable place near downtown Nashville.

Great Choice!

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend! The location was a fairly easy walk to broadway. The second 1/2 bath gave us lots of space to get ready. The owners were very prompt in answering questions. I would choose this condo again!

I love downtown Nashville and middle Tennessee and I bought this condo for personal use and to share it with others so they can experience this great city. I travel all over the world and there is no better place offering everything any major world city offers (NY, LA, London) but without the crowds, traffic, and with good southern hospitality and friendliness

This property is extremely spacious and you can walk to everything with no problem. Newly remodeled and decorated in Nashville theme! Riverview off the balcony and back windows. WIFI, Smart TV (Cable, Sling TV, Netflix, youtube) and everything you will need for your stay.

Free covered parking, Located on the Greenway (which is a biking, walking large sidewalk that runs along the river directly to town so the walk is easy, Scenic, short and you don't have to cross traffic. Near all the attractions. Top Golf Sounds stadium, Broadway, Germantown, Nashville state museum in the center of it all but not all the bustle and noise.
