The comfortable couch with sleeping function or the high quality and stylish leather armchair invite you to relax. A large flat screen TV provides the best entertainment. From here you can access the large, roofed west terrace with modern garden furniture. Sun loungers are also available.

You reach your personal bedroom via the living-dining area. The bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed and wardrobe guarantees pleasant dreams. There would also be enough space for an additional cot. From here you can also access the terrace directly.

From the bedroom you continue to your shower room with toilet, illuminated mirror and walk-in summer rain shower. An additional storage bench completes the offer.

The barrier-free apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating, WiFi and intelligent lighting.

Children's travel cot and high chair are also available free of charge on request.
For your bikes or e-bikes there is a bike room in the basement of the neighboring house.
