Beautiful property and home with ample space! Tucked away on top of a hill and surrounded by trees, it’s the perfect balance between nature while still being only 10 mins from downtown Kingston. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay! We were the first guests at this property and all I can say is Wow!!!First of all, the house looks even better in person and is much larger than the pictures suggest. The home was beautiful, clean and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed.Ben was friendly, quick to respond and very kind (offered early check in and late check out). The house sits alone on top of a hill, offering complete privacy and a truly beautiful view, especially with the snow falling during our stay. One of the best vacation properties we’ve stayed in - highly recommended!

Lovely private property with plenty of space for a family getaway. Loved the private exclusive feel, set back from neighbors. The kitchen was well stocked and clean with cooking tools and spices. We had plenty of space for a full family hangout and formal dinner in the dining room. The home overall has a very cabin, cozy vibe although with lots of hangout spots. Some of the rooms are sectioned off, which is especially great for families. I would recommend the host put the layout in the posting. The pool plus hot tub was the main activity and they had a lot of floats and toys to keep kids busy. The host was also very easy and pleasant to communicate with, he helped with troubleshooting an issue with the door handle. The only main feedback I have, exiting off the driveway is very tricky due to a road curve on both sides so would recommend they put up a couple of curved mirrors to help with visibility.

It was a perfect stay! Seven of my friends and family joined me for an extended guys’ weekend, and we couldn’t have been happier with the property. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. It was even more open, spacious, and inviting than we expected. The house was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies and comfortable bedding. Ben was an outstanding host who was always responsive and easy to communicate with. It genuinely felt like he wanted us to have the best possible experience, and we definitely made the most of everything the property had to offer. We spent our days relaxing by the pool and in the hot tub, and every night ended around the fire pit, which was the perfect way to unwind. We made a couple of trips into Kingston, which was only about 20 minutes away, but honestly, the property itself was the highlight of the weekend and felt like the perfect retreat.I’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
