About this property

A great vacation home with a large garden for 12 people awaits you in the Harz Mountains!

Welcome to the mountain village of Sankt Andreasberg in the Oberharz National Park!

Would you like to meet up with your family or friends and spend a nice weekend or vacation? Then this large modern holiday home with a large garden is just right for you! Our new large holiday home will be ready for occupancy from April 2020 - to feel good on 260 square meters, spread over 3 floors of a house built in 1910. It has been completely restored and renovated by us and will be modernly furnished and lovingly decorated until April. No matter whether a short vacation with the extended family, a school trip or a weekend trip with many friends: there is plenty of space here!

Our house is on 3 floors (ground floor, 1st OG, DG). It has a total of 10 bedrooms, including 3 double rooms and 7 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (14 beds). Furthermore, it has 5 complete bathrooms as follows: 3 x shower rooms with toilet and 2 x shower rooms and 2 x guest toilet.

The layout of our large holiday home is as follows:

Ground floor: Large, chic living room with 3 x sofa bed, a large modern kitchen, large, beautiful dining room with a large dining table with a view of the garden and a wonderful view - the 3 rooms are coherently open. 2 x bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 x guest toilet and a shower room without toilet

Upper floor: 4 x bedrooms: 2 x bedrooms with double beds and 2 x bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Furthermore: 1 guest toilet, 1 x shower room with toilet, 1 x shower room without toilet

Top floor: 4 bedrooms: 3 x bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 1 x bedroom with a double bed and 2 x shower rooms with toilet.

All bedrooms or lounges are heated with infrared heat and are allergy-friendly and have a flat-screen TV. With 1 person each of the sofa bed, the house offers a total of 21 people, with 2 people the sofa bed for up to 22 people.

Gute Familienunterkunft

Unterkunft und Ausstattung gefiel uns sehr gut. In der Küche gab es alles, was das Herz begehrt. Optimale Ausstattung. Die Matratzen sind super. Ruhige Umgebung. Haben sehr gut geschlafen. Zentrale Lage. Die Waschbecken sind zum Waschen zu klein. Alles in allem waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

Großes Haus für große Familien

Ein hervorragend schönes großes Haus mit allen was man braucht in Mitten von St. Andreasberg. Vermietung war mit all meine Fragen super unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus für große Familien und Gruppen sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit ausreichend Platz

Das Haus bietet nicht nur ausreichend Platz für die Personenanzahl, sondern auch ausreichend Privatsphäre für jeden. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und hell sowie gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich, immer schnell und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kurzurlaub mit Freunden

Die Unterkunft hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Wir kochen sehr gern in der und für die Gemeinschaft (18 Personen), dafür ist die Küche jedoch nicht ausreichend ausgestattet.

Schönes Haus für große Gruppe

Wir waren mit 14 Erwachsenen und einem Kind (4 J.) für ein Wochenende hier. Die Schlafzimmer mit Fernseher sind geschmackvoll und mit guten Betten ausgestattet. In den Badezimmern ebenfalls alles top, genau wie Küche und Esszimmer. Wir hatten alle sehr gut Platz an dem großen Tisch. Das Wohnzimmer ist allerdings weniger schön, die drei zusammengestellten Sofas füllen den Raum aus und bieten allen Platz, sind aber nicht sehr hochwertig. Leider tagsüber keine Sonne im kleinen Garten.

Tolles Haus für größere Gruppen

Wir waren mit mehreren Familien inkl. Kindern in diesem Haus. Die große Anzahl an Badezimmern / WC's ist dafür natürlich perfekt. Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super für Gruppentreffen

Wir waren als große Gruppe mit vielen Kindern hier und hatten trotz viel Regen sehr schöne Tage. Man kann wunderbar Drachen steigen lassen oder die Gegend erkunden. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man findet so einiges, was in anderen Ferienhäusern nicht oft zu finden ist. 👍🏻

Ideales Objekt für unser Klassentreffen

Das Ferienhaus entsprach voll unseren Ansprüchen für unser Klassentreffen zum 50. Abiturjubiläum. Kleinigkeiten sind verbesserungswürdig, z.B. die häufigen Höhenunterschiede im Fußboden (Stolperkanten) und die Qualität der Installation der Sanitärobjekte (vor allem Silikonabschlüsse). Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und die Qualität der Geräuschdämmung im Objekt ist hervorragend.

Sehr geräumige und moderne Unterkunft

Das Haus eignet sich super für ein Familien- oder Freundetreffen. Wir waren 9 Erwachsene und 8 Kinder inkl. zwei Babys. Es ist ein sehr modernes Haus und super ausgestattet. Wir haben uns echt wohl gefühlt, nur die Gartenmöbel haben gefehlt.

Haben mit 10 Personen ein Wochenende in St. Andreasberg verbracht. Unterkunft war super, jede Menge Platz, gut ausgestattet und wirkte wie frisch renoviert. Ideal für große Gruppen! Zentrale Lage, Bäcker und Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.

Wir waren mit 8 Freundinnen in St. Andreasberg. Der Empfang im Haus war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Bei Problemen und Fragen waren Vermieter und Verwalter immer sofort zur Stelle. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden

Tolles Haus und viel Platz

Das Haus bietet viel Platz, ist gut eingerichtet. Kleine Mängel wurden beseitigt. St. Andreasberg selbst ist nicht so aufregend, aber ein perfekter Startpunkt, den Harz zu erkunden.
